Sarah Ann McIntyre

It is with great sadness our family announces that on Saturday, August 24, 2024, our beloved Sarah Ann McIntyre suddenly & tragically passed away at the age of 30 from complications due to an asthma attack.

Sarah was a strong, fiercely independent, shy, intelligent, determined, funny, kind, sweet (if she liked you) artistic, beautiful young woman. She was a deeply loved daughter, sister, niece, granddaughter, aunt (Titi), cousin & friend. Though first and foremost, she was a loving mother to her 11-year-old daughter, Jahdiel, who was her world. Everyone knew if you saw Sarah, Jahdiel wasn’t far behind, they were best friends and stuck to each other like glue. Though being a single parent, she still found time to have “Jahdie” enrolled in dance, Taekwondo, Lego League, Girls Inc. and many more activities. Together they enjoyed going for walks, tandem rides on their electric scooter, cooking & trying new recipes, dining out at their favorite restaurants, reading, creating art, snuggling up watching movies and their “regular weekly shows”, swimming at the lake, going to the beach and searching for rocks and shells to add to their collection, going to the park, traveling, playing dice with their grandmother, listening to music, attending concerts and simply spending time with our family.

Despite being a young parent with lots of responsibilities, she still put herself through college achieving her associate's degree and was working towards her bachelor’s.

She loved her job as Program Director for FIRST Robotics where she started as an intern and with hard work and dedication grew her career. She was well regarded, and everyone at FIRST loved her.

Sarah was a huge part of our lives; and we will miss her every single day. As they say, we do not remember days, we remember moments, and those moments will live in our hearts forever.

Sarah is predeceased by her father, Kenneth McIntrye. She is survived by her mother, Kristi McIntyre, daughter Jahdiel McIntyre, brother Jacob LeMasurier, sister Samantha Bruso, and numerous adoring aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Wherever a beautiful soul has been, there is a trail of beautiful memories. Please use this space as a place to share memories and photos of Sarah as we all grieve her loss together. Rest in Peace Sarah, we all love you so very much!

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her daughter, Jahdiel's GoFundMe page. Anything is appreciated to go towards her daughter's future. Thank you. The GoFundMe link is www.GoFundMe.com/support-sarahs-daughters-future
