Patrick Flynn McDonough, age 32, survived by his wife Katherine B. (Collins) McDonough of Quincy, a son Declan Patrick McDonough, his mother Suzanne (McNeil) Meyer and her husband Peter of Reading, his father Kevin P. McDonough of Boston and his friend Paula Christopherson, Maternal Grandparents John and Evangeline McNeil of Walpole, Aunts and uncles Joseph and Patricia Starobin, Stephen and Brenda McDonough, Martin and Anita McDonough Ralph and Susan McNeil. Patrick is also survived by his friend Gina Huber. He was also the brother of the late Thomas M. McDonough. A Funeral Mass will be held Tues. 10 AM at St. Theresa Church 10 St. Theresa Ave., West Roxbury. Visiting Hrs. Mon. 5-8 pm at the P.E. Murray-F.J.
