Littleton – Patricia J. Bancroft, 72, of Littleton, died Aug. 27, 2021 at Beth Israel Hospital, after an extended illness.
Born on Aug. 4, 1949, in Cambridge, MA she was the daughter of the late Charles and Phyllis Bell of Littleton, MA.
“The art of love is who you share it with.” – Neil Diamond. Patricia loved to spend time and travel with her family and friends. She participated in many civic duties for her hometown to give back to the community she loved. She had a deep love for animals and wildlife, especially her beloved chipmunks.
She was the wife of the late Donald J. Bancroft and is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Holly Bancroft of Littleton, MA, her daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Brian Hudson, of Bloomfield, KY, three sisters: Paula Crandall, Penelope Murphree, and Priscilla Schultz, her brother Charles Bell.
She was the proud grandmother of 8 grandchildren: Kendra Blanchard, Bethany (Bancroft) Bickmore; Aimee Little; Jacob Bancroft; Isaac Bancroft, Josiah Bancroft; Anthony Hudson; Echo Hudson; and the great-grandmother of 5: Addison Puckett, Marcellus Peterson, Leo Newton, Raelynn Bickmore, James Bancroft.
The family would like to thank Nashoba Nursing Service & Hospice and the doctors and staff at Beth Israel Hospital.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, September 3, 2021 @ 2pm at Salisbury State Reservation Loop Pavilion in Salisbury, MA (State Reservation Road). Parking and seating provided along with light fare.
