Michele (Theall) Costello

Michele (Theall) Costello, 63, of Townsend, MA died Thursday, May 11th, 2023 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Brighton. Born in Groton, she grew up in Pepperell with her six siblings. She dedicated her life to her family and the service of others.

Michele’s happy place was on the beaches of Cape Cod. Her greatest joy was spending time with all of her family, whom she adored. She leaves behind her husband of 39 years, Edward, and their son John and his wife Caitlin, and their son Kevin. Michele also was blessed to be a second mom to Brent Theall, Spencer Lyons, and Christopher Powell who she loved and treated as her own.

Michele was predeceased by her sister Janet Theall. Surviving are her parents, David and Jean Theall, her sister Laura Theall, her brothers Daniel and his wife Deborah, Thomas and his wife Carlene, Robert and his wife Diane, and Matthew and his wife Kathy. She will forever be missed by her loving nieces and nephews who she loved and made feel special every time she was with them.

To Michele, family was everything. Her memory will be eternal.

Visiting hours will be held in the McGaffigan Family Funeral Home, 37 Main St., (Rte. 113) Pepperell, MA on Wednesday, May 17th from 4 – 7 p.m. Funeral services and burial at Association Cemetery, Pepperell will be private.
