A Prayer
And how much more greatly he loves and cares for those who have died is proved by his memory of them in every detail, and by the lasting quality of his remembrance of them. If not one sparrow goes forgotten before God, or falls to the ground without his notice, certainly he thoroughly remembers humans whom he will resurrect. —Matt. 10:29, 30; Luke 12:6, 7
The family of Michael James Hammond would like to express their sincerest gratitude for all the prayers, kindness, and love that you have been sending their way. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you donate to the Albert Harris Center in Pepperell, MA.
Michael had a deep love for life and a strong love for his mother, Peggy. He also held his beloved stuffed animals, especially Thumper, dear to his heart.
He was always eager to spend time with his peers and bring joy and laughter to those around him. His family and friends will forever remember his humor, his laughter, and his caring heart.
Michael is preceded in death by his two sisters, Donna Jean Hammond of Groton, Massachusetts and LeighAnn Hammond of Brockton, Massachusetts. He is survived by his mother, Margret ‘Peggy’ Camire, and many great grand nieces and nephews, and cousins.
