John A. Trites

Trites of Pepperell March 26, 2016 John A. Trites died at the River Terrace in Lancaster after a long illness. He was born in Pepperell September 24, 1938. Son of the late James and Nora (Shimansky) Trites and was the husband of the late Norma E. (Lillis) Trites who died in 2004.
Mr. Trites attended the Pepperell Schools and served in the United States Army after High school. In his working years he had been employed at the former West Groton Leather Board and most recently for the North Middlesex Regional School District as custodian at the high school for over 20 years before his retirement. After retirement he had worked at Conway Chevrolet Pepperell as a runner. He was also a past Member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #3291 and the Knights of Columbus of Pepperell.

He is survived by his step children William G. Giguere and Eloise Adams both of Pepperell and a 1st cousin Donald A. Trites of Montana. 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren he was also nephew of the late Donald A. Trites.
