Jerry Taddeo

Jerry Taddeo, age 83, of Pepperell, formerly from Burlington and Chelmsford, passed away suddenly on May 30, 2023.  Jerry was born on May 25, 1940 to Alfonso and Anita (Nigro) Taddeo in Tufo, Italy and was one of eight children.

Jerry served in the Army at Fort Lewis in Washington State from 1963-1965.  Jerry spent his life working hard and providing for his family.  He had a passion for Italian food and owned and operated multiple deli’s over the years.

Jerry leaves behind his wife of 61 years, Grace Taddeo. He was the father of Jerry Taddeo of Goffstown NH, Troy Taddeo of Lunenburg, Ann Livezey & her husband Andrew of Pepperell, Jeremy Taddeo & his wife Amanda of Billerica and was predeceased by his loving daughter, Susan Taddeo.  He was the Papa to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and he also leaves behind many loving nieces & nephews.

He was the brother of Anthony Taddeo of Chelmsford, Ida Vononi of Florence, Italy, Matilda Spinetti of Cambridge, the late Orlando Taddeo of Framingham, Anna Ackroyd of Marlboro, Lena Vacatello of Stoneham, and Enza Gallinaro of Florence, Italy.

Funeral Services and Interment will be held privately at St. Joseph Cemetery in Chelmsford MA.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pepperell VFW Post #3291 ( www.vfwpost3291.org ).
