Carole “Nana” Ann (Moxcey) (Forrest) Blood – 80 - of Pepperell MA
Died Peacefully on Saturday August 20th 2016 at Umass Memorial Medical Center in
Worcester MA surrounded by her family.
She was born in Portland Maine on June 7, 1936 to the late Bernard L Moxcey, and Charlotte
(Freeman) Moxcey she was also predeceased by her brother Richard E Moxcey, and first husband Clarence A Forrest.
Carole was a longtime resident of Pepperell (The last 26 years with her husband Paul W. Blood). She relocated to Pepperell from Chicago after the death of her first husband.
Carole grew up in Reading, MA, and was a graduate of Reading High School. She also
attended Flight Attendant School.
She retired after working many years as a Medical Secretary. As a widow raising 3 girls, she worked hard at many jobs to make ends meet. She had many adventures; white water rafting in Colorado, Schooner hand, snowmobiling. Anyone who knew Carole, knew how much she loved hot air balloons. She also enjoyed going to the ocean, knitting, craft fairs, and NASCAR. She loved spending time at camp with her family, and going to the movies with her friends. Carole loved life, but most of all she loved her family, and friends!
She is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Paul W Blood, as well as 4 daughters; Teresa D (Forrest) Wilson of Ayer MA, Nicole L (Forrest) Boston of Clinton MA, Alicia M (Forrest) Rondeau of Worcester MA, and Christine M (Blood) Coutu of Townsend MA, 9 grandchildren; Annette Thomann, Anthony Raneri, Ryan Rondeau, Meg Rondeau, Coltt Boston, Samantha Rhinehardt, Brian Coutu, Kimberly (Coutu) Mitton, Kyle Coutu, and her 6 Greatgrandchildren; Catrina, Jake, Deena, Michael, Aiden, and Piper.
